eckhart says in the power of now, referrencing how to "go into" presence, that any condition may be used but no particular condition is required. the belief that we need a particular condition (practice, teaching, information, etc...) can become self-defeating if we adopt the belief that if we do such-and-such, we will "succeed" or that if we do not, we will not. under such a condition, struggle and striving, success and failure often ensue and this leads to further suffering. is this not the very nature of duality? is this not what we are looking to transcend?

being okay with or without conditions is key here. not knowing, not doing, not trying is as (or for most of us, more) important than knowing, doing and trying. we are all well-acquainted and comfortable with the former. few of us learn how to graciously do the latter.

the taoist teaching of "wu wei" has been used by eckhart to illustrate this "non-doing-ness". non-dong is tantamount to simpe being and requires great presence. here's some info from wiki that may further illuminate: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wu_wei "wu wei" is akin to "karma yoga" (which eckhart also uses as a pointer) so if you lean towards hindu teachings, the baghavad gita is a great study on that.

Thank you for your thoughtful post here. Having so many tools can be a problem... I often tell people attending my workshops - the problem isn't not enough wise information and method but too much! So discerning information and methods is a key skill.

For people who are still developing their connection to their Higher Self it is often useful to find someone who can help muscle test. Muscle testing is a way of tapping into the body (and higher self, if intended so) wisdom. In this way, you can determine quickly, just what tool will produce maximum benefit. Otherwise, we are just guessing and I do not like to guess when it comes to spiritual growth and healing...

My biggest challenge is now the fact that there is so many tools available..and I am so exited and I have used so many and they are to greate help alway's where I am guided. To discern and stay on the path of creativeness
instead of sombody elses perspective. And to put my thoughts in written form in english accurate.(using powerful and uplifting word's with great wisdom that is there and reallytrust I have them in the rght forum or place.
what makes me sad still is that positivness is not used balanced..many times I see it used exessivly and then the other is denied..so imbalance is occured.
well I have believed in the new earth so long and I am so grateful for people building it like being here is a joy.

I'm choosing to reframe my biggest challenge into my biggest opportunity right now. That is to live from my heart and remember to check inside and listen to what my heart most wants in any given moment. It's a total shift in perspective for me and taking practice to remember and get used to. It's very worthwhile however.
