If you are a more advanced practitioner, there are several programs at the Tools website that can turbo-charge your EFT results.
The Affirmation Enhancer is a unique transformational, healing, and
enlightenment tool that clears all that stands in the way of a person
becoming a co-creative force in their life experience so they can choose the contents of their life in a manner that supports fulfillment and joy.
For example, there are 7 energetically encoded commands that when stated (silently or out loud) trigger specific actions within the mind-body system. Examples include trigger commands to attune to your Higher Self, amplify positive lifeforce energies, clear negative thoughts and feelings and more.

The Energy Flows Balancing Module (EFBM) amplifies the clearing of the meridian system integral to EFT in a deeper, more comprehensive way. It also creates a channel through which Soul energy can flow so that one feels greater joy and positive energy.

Best to go to the source where there is a lot of free information including a large manual

It is best to get some 1:1 instruction if you can but there is some very good video material available.
