- The most difficult thing is to see ourselves, dont you think? I have found that my awareness of behaviour, negative thoughts or attitudes is a way of assessing and in turn accepting the reasons why they are such, so, eventually forgive myself. It is the judgement of the negativity that gives us discomfort. Tools to help us see from a higher perspective, giving us more objectivity leads to acceptance, dont you think?
