I still haven't read the book ~ I lost it, and then it had to go back to the library, so it'll be a while before I can receive another copy. Looking at my list of challenges below, I have a lot of work to do. ;)

Healing Painbody, Taming Inner Critic, Relaxing Mind and Body, Staying Centered in Heart, Maintaining Positive Attitude, Clarity of Life Purpose, Changing My Limiting Beliefs, Negative Ego Attacks, Daily Discipline
Practices, Methods & Tools You Use
Flower essences. Exercise (sometimes). Spending time outside, and with my pets. Spending time with family, or by myself, depending on what's wrong. Reading, a lot. Research. Trying new methods. Praying. Writing wishes/manifestations. EFT (a little bit). Meditation CD's. Writing all of my worries out, and then challenging any assumptions/trying to see any problems from another person's point of view (in arguments - it doesn't always work, but it can). Healthier eating.
