- I am fortunate enough to live in a beautiful, peaceful part of rural England, with my fiance. Besides walking in the woods and driving round country lanes, our lives mainly revolve around my organisations - I have set up an international women's non-profits organisation and I'm very lucky that my fiance loves the IT techy stuff, which so far none of the women i work with seem to enjoy! And he is wonderful at translating our message into a way the rest of the world can understand and putting it out there using cutting edge technology!

- Some Tibetan meditation practices i learnt during a two years of intense challenges after my baby left his body, and I followed a Tibetan Buddhist path, very closely. This is still very close to my heart and, as I say, still use many of the practices. But mostly i just keep things very simple and aim to stay in my heart and a sense of awareness. When i lose this i love to go into the woods or the garden.
