About Me:

I'm Reiki practitioner (using also prayer, guided imagery and experimenting with my own 'Spectrum Therapy'), graphic designer, creative spirit, mystic, Contemplative Christian, 41 years old and still learning new and fascinating things! My study of the universal laws has led me to read and watch everything I can get my hands on on the subject!
I love expressing myself through writing, dancing, singing/songwriting, photography, gardening, decorating~ but my LifeGoal is to continually grow closer to God/Love until I fully realize the Transforming Union.

Practices, Methods & Tools You Use

Meditation/contemplation, affirmations, "Afformations", visualizations, guided imagery, blessings, exercise (usually hiking in green, woodsy areas), writing in my journal or blogs, Reiki (for a better understanding of the Energy field), flowdreaming, EFT, communing with nature, periodic retreats.
