About Me:

I'm a Master Energy Therapist, Reiki Master/Teacher, MRET, EFT practitioner, among other energy modalities. I own Dallas Center of Healing Arts in Sandy, UT. I'm a writer, author, editor & write & edit for a fantastic new magazine called, PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT.
I love the outdoors, am an earth sign and thus tend to be very grounded. I've always worked with crystals and my JOY is when I'm out hiking, especially up on the mountain.

stated above,plus I hold full moon/new moon ceremonies, do sweat lodge, 4 directions ceremonies, etc. I also meditate, teach & use visualization, prayer, aromatherapy, connection with angels, spirit guides & Reiki guides. I astra travel almost nightly and work from that dimension (mostly consciously), teach, write & facilitate seminars/workshops which assist me. I recently (last year) started channeling a native american sage whom I call Grandma Ma.
