- Over the last few years I have undergone massive development spiritually, emotionally and mentally. I'm still struggling with the physical development a little as I'd love to do a complete detox and rid my body of an inflamatory condition. My focus has been intent on the Laws of the Universe and in bringing myself into alignment with them. I'm a writer and I'm in the process of writing my second book, while still trying to get the first book out there. I'm studying NLP and Hypnosis which is all tied in with the concept of the second book. I'm seeing the changes in consciousness over the globe and it feels wonderful to be a part of that and to know that we are headed towards creating the world the way it should be, in total alignment with the source of all life.

I am so happy for you.It's great to hear that you're almost done with your Hypnosis course.You sound like you're infused with energy , so charged up ...I like that!!! =) What is this Rebirthing and resurrection set that you're talking about?And how did it end up opening your channels?It all sounds pretty interesting.Please tell me more about it.
I remember how much I wanted to learn about spirituality as a kid and had a tough time finding or getting that knowledge. I am therefore glad you're writing for children's classes on spiritual development.It pays to start learning about these things at an early age!
Well, being in a nothingness place just means that something interesting is surely coming your way specially because you've done so much of clearing work.Surely a new life is about to manifest for you!! Isn't that awesome!
I made several interesting plans for the year 2009.In fact it's for the first time I actually planned things for the new year.This was never my habit.Seems like the books I keep reading have had their impact!!
There are a few practices I've been trying to follow on a regular basis.
*Meditation(15 mins...trying to get used to it first),
*Morning Pages
These are 3 pages of longhand writing, strictly stream of consciousness.You just jot down your meanderings or whatever comes to mind.It's a practice suggested by author Julia Cameron in her book " The Artist's Way" She calls it a basic tool in creative recovery.
*Writing just about anything for an hour
*Yoga
*Praying...I do so using a rosary.
*Reading something positive for half an hour after I get up and another half an hour before I go to sleep.
*Listening to an NLP CD while sleeping.
Okay just in case you're impressed upon reading that let me confess that I am still struggling to make them a permanent part of my life.As of now I tend to miss out on one or the other!!! Now I have decided to use a schedule tracker to check my progress. It's something I found online!!
I would love to start with the Hypnosis course but the only thing I've been scared of is not being able to give it enough time.It's funny but I am still not sure if I should start it this year or next year.I know it's free but then one chance is all you get and I don't want to ruin my chance!
I spent around 2 hours on their website today listening to an interview of Stephen and a few other videos.Must admit it's pretty interesting.I am curious to know as to how you look forward to applying this course's learnings in your life or career since you aren't a therapist though you're surely a healer.
Umm...I look forward to learning Photoreading during the latter half of the year.
Trying hard to look for some good writing course I ended up finding Writer's Bureau in London.It's a distance course , a diploma in writing.I checked out the details they sent me , liked it and would join it during summer in May or June...that's because I have my Eng Hons exams in April.
Earlier this week I just felt like doing some searching on the net, an intuitive hunch you can say and with God's grace I ended up finding about Internet Marketing.This seems like a wonderful tool to earn money.I'll have to devote a lot of time intitially but I guess it'll be worth it.
Actually I had resigened from my job at American express in Feb last year for the routine made it simply impossible for me to study. I don't plan to take up any job until the next 3 to 4 years. And I'm surely not corporate material so I am planning to get started with IM (ie internet marketing) in May.Deep down i just know I'll benefit from it.
I am passionate about reading but most of the books that I wish to read are the one's that aren't really available in India so I have to order them from Amazon.A $10 book would cost $17(if you add the shipping charge)...a slightly expensive affair.But earning in dollars through IM would enables me to buy those books and take up the courses I had wanted to!
I also intend to take some cooking classes.Just a few months back I discovered my interest for the same.I am not sure why but it tends to make me feel relaxed.It's funny because there was a time when i thought of it as a really boring activity!!
I feel blessed that we have a Hayhouse Publishing house in Delhi.Have you heard about them or like any of their authors.In America they're so popular that I am almost sure you must have.I bought 21 books from them last year from the money I had saved specially for this purpose.I haven't finished them all yet.Would finish them by the end of the year and may get some more this summer.
I wish to learn a lot about self/personal development.It isn't always easy to implement what I read so I'd say I'm still learning.
Umm...I am really not sure about this one but I may create my own blog this year.The weird part is that I'm clueless as to what I'd like to write about, not sure as to how I can provide value to people.The only reason I've mentioned this is because somehow this idea cropped up in my mind and it refuses to let go of me!!
But I'll start doing all this a few months from now.As of now I'm feeling totally lost..I'll tell you why.Not sure if lost would be the right word but it's just that I seem to have lost interest in my honours course.I am more interested in metaphysics and personal development. I like stuff like occult sciences, paranormal world, NLP, past regression therapy, angel therapy, understanding the impact of thoughts on our body, law of attraction etc.I wish to learn about these fields but not sure where to get started from. A big question that haunts me most of the time nowadays is " What do I wish to do with my life".Yup inspite of this long to do list for this year!!! Sometimes I wonder if I am really interested in writing or if I do it just because I can't think of anything else to do.it's been 5 days and i couldn't study a word!! ( I mean nothing related to my course) I literally had to push my myself to go to college this week! All of a sudden I'm feeling kinda stuck.The year started off well so I am actually wondering as to what went wrong where!! I am no more concerned about my grades/division.
Deborah I am a sincere person so it's not like I don't want to do anything but it's just that I am not sure if what I am doing is what I want to do!!!
Do you maintain a gratitude journal? Or do you use affirmations regularly?
I want to do both, in fact I did so for a while but I am not sure if the way I was doing was right.For eg out of the two affirmations which one is correct?
I deserve abundance and prosperity or I am abundant and prosperous.

Infact now I truly feel that we guys met for a reason.As one of my friends pointed out.....''There are no coincidences in life''.
I've been trying too hard to find some interesting course in creative writing or Reiki but all in Vain!! I went to the British Council day before yesterday , took the test, got selected , was offered the course for creative writing inspite of the fact that I'm more inclined towards non-fiction rather than fiction.....but soon got to know that there were no seats left.I honestly didn't feel disappointed but was pretty confused.I felt like my angels are trying to guide me towards something better but have no clue so far as to what it is.It's making me a bit restless too.They usually give me signs but they haven't done that so far!! Your poem again reminded me to put my trust in God.
I have now decided to check out some bookstores and get some good books on creative writing, journaling(an excellent way to tap your potential and analyse your thoughts!!),Angels(ever since I've heard the angel therapy sessions and have started receiving signs from them ...which was a few months back ,l've wanted to know them better so I'll pick up a few books by Doreen Virtue),and Books about Empaths(Are you familiar with the term empath?)and possibly on Reiki too(since there is no course to help me learn the same!! )
wow!! so you know both...Reiki and EFT......that's interesting.What's your say on Reiki.....has it been a good experience so far?....hmm...lucky you :)
You won't believe ...yesterday night I wrote such a long comment for you......one that was thrice this one's length!!! and just because I clicked refresh(by mistake)..I lost all of it.I started again...I've not been well throughout the day........was feeling weak.....strangely it's happening today too....usually I'm very energetic,excited and chirpy but catching on anyone's negative vibes drains me of my energy.I would have explained you more but don't know if you're familiar with the term empaths.That's the reason why I need to learn Reiki.And My Angels gave me a sign day before yesterday...they're asking me to start meditation without further delay.Could you please suggest me a simple meditation exercise first.....something that doesn't feel like it's complex and doesn't make me feel like running away from meditation.
I did spend a lot of time checking out the website for BSR.....it's so interesting!!...You said ..'' I have been interested in Hypnosis for a while now and didnt think I would get the opportunity (and the money) to be able to do it, but I kept my faith, and this just opened up''....that's exactly how I'd like to put it too.But Deborah...I'm slightly disappointed....I noticed that it's a PG course...I 'm not even a graduate as of now.Have you come across anyone who's an undergraduate and still pursuing this course?
Is it possible for me to pursue it?
Umm....I read affirmations regularly and listen to NLP CD's to change my thought patterns....is that what you mean by practising NLP?
And is there any books on the topics I mentioned that you could recommend.Don't know if you believe in angels or have experienced weird things at any point of time!!!

Gosh is this some kind of divine intervention?!?! You know I was just leaving a comment on Michele's page when I chanced to read your comment and was literally thrilled.Actually Knowing myself has been pretty high on my priority ....one of my major goals and I was just telling my angels(just started trying to ask for Their help after hearing Doreen Virtue talk about angel therapy...and I'm literally amazed at the help I've been receiving!!!) that I'd love to learn about NLP and Hypnosis but was disappointed to not find any classes or course.But I didn't loose hope.How could I? I am so eager to learn about it.And all this just within a few days! I did read the introduction of the course but somehow the link isn't reflecting there.Could you please share it with me? I was wondering what you think about the programme.(I'm crossing my fingers!!) :)
Hmm.....writing,poetry,meditation techniques....you're truly a creative soul !! I did read the meditation technique!! Do share a bit of your poetry with me if you like , would be a pleasure reading your thoughts....I write poetry too and happen to be an aspiring writer!! I haven't yet learnt the art of meditation but am surely trying too.I drive my friends crazy when I tell them I'm trying to form a habit of getting up as early as 4 in the morning!! Some affirmations,journaling,exercise while listening to a NLP programme .(I'll soon add meditation too!!)....a perfect recipe to jumpstart my day!!! :)
By the way I'm a sucker for books so do tell me what book you've written and the when would be the second one released!!

You are also one extremely busy individual. Do tell me more about NLP when you can, either that, or direct me to your study site. It sounds phenomenally interesting. When it comes to meditation, I am not nearly as visual as you are. I do concur that working on your chakras is important. As school will be finished in three weeks time, this is when I can develop some new habits.

Was so nice to receive your letter. You are not alone, but please know that it does get easier, faith is a very powerful tool. The best suggestion that works is just listen to that inner voice, we all truly know what is best for us. Stay in the moment and try not to react on past experiences or on wishes for the future. Find all the pleasures in the smaller everyday moments, they are there and the more that you look the more that you will find.
Being a mother is such a gift, even as they get older, they have so much to teach and share with us. My son is 12 and lives full time here, an inspiration for the project that is being developed. Not an experienced writer like yourself, but trying to inspire through words and faith within the website that is very much a part of the project. Only in the building stages, being that it is non profit does not pay the bills, so as many Moms around the world, multi tasking.
Found that the children and pets have really helped in relaxing mind and body as well as changing my limiting beliefs. Decided to just take daily steps to manifest my heart's desire and the doors just continue to open. Exercise daily and have created a collection of inspiring music that feeds the soul, which in turn has relaxed both mind and body.
