Thank you for your kind words, very much appreciated. Have been blessed with many angels in many forms, Frankie a beautiful two year old golden retriever and Jack a five month old half golden half cane corso italian breed, see pictures on my home page, along with Alex the king of cats about 11 years old. One amazing gift is how they remind us so to stay in the moment, or to be sure to get some exercise and enjoy the great outdoors. How many wonderful treasures there are to be found in the simplicity of the simple pleasures in life. They are trying to show us the way, are we listening and can we hear? So much to be learned from mother nature and the animals and our children. Tremendous love and light being sent in your direction...

What pets do you have? I have a lovely Chocolate Lab named Zoe who has been blessing my life for all of her 12 years. I also agree on the kids eing teachers, I feel my son, who is almost 25 now, has been the catalyst fro my personal growth journey for sure.

I love reading how there are so many that love nature as much as I do. I used to be teased at times because of being so much the Nature Lover...LOL.. now look at how much it has brought back to me. I don't I get as much enjoyment out of my day as when I see something amazing in Nature.. even just watching an Hawk glide through the air, or really look at how the leaves are opening on a tree. Umm .. it just makes me smile.. and then . well . . my day is off to an amazing start.. I hope you will have a fantastic day today Shelley...

I can relate so much to this too. I have been working on the same things and especially after a week of stress, it becomes more challenging to change patterns of behaviour and bodily reactions. I'm still working on that one. So you write too? What do you write? I was also a single mum for years too. My kids have all left home now so I'm on my own, but my youngest one, aged 13, comes to stay every fortnight which I love. Hope we can talk more.
